Meet the Founder Building opportunities. Developing leaders. Creating lasting impact.

As Founder and CEO of IQR Group, Christina Morales has built a group of organizations dedicated to creating opportunities, expanding access, and helping individuals, families, educators, and communities thrive. As a behavior analyst, entrepreneur, and community leader, her work is driven by a deep belief that support changes outcomes.

The inspiration behind IQR Group is Christina's son, Vinny, who has autism and OCD. His journey reinforced her belief in the power of yet and the importance of creating opportunities where others may see limitations. What began as a search for meaningful support evolved into a mission to strengthen communities and create pathways for growth, independence, and lifelong success.

Today, Christina's work extends beyond direct services. By developing leaders, fostering innovation, and building values-driven organizations, she remains committed to creating lasting impact and ensuring more individuals and families have access to the opportunities and support they deserve.

Madison Garrity, M.S., BCBA Executive Director

Madison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who oversees strategic initiatives and organizational operations across IQR Group. She is deeply committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of every program and working closely with teams to create meaningful outcomes for our learners. Through her supportive leadership style and dedication to excellence, Madison helps foster strong teams, high-quality services, and lasting impact across all of our organizations.

Sarah Motsay

Sarah Motsay Director of Operations

Sarah oversees operational systems and administrative functions across IQR Group, helping ensure programs, services, and teams are supported by strong processes and efficient systems. Known for her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to operational excellence, Sarah helps create the foundation that allows each of our organizations to run smoothly and effectively while supporting their continued growth and success.
